The Universal GN chassis supports both the HeatCore H20 battery-powered engine and the SteamShot S30 water-activated instant heat cartridge — simultaneously or interchangeably depending on the situation.
For a rooftop event with no power access, the SteamShot S30 is the fastest solution: pour water, activate in 60 seconds, serve hot food for up to 90 minutes from a self-contained chemical reaction with zero electricity. When you need extended holding — a multi-hour gala dinner, for example — the HeatCore H20 battery pack takes over, maintaining precise temperature for 3–4 hours per charge.
The combination means one buffetware platform can handle every outdoor and off-grid scenario in your operation. You decide which engine to deploy based on the event. The food stays hot either way.
