Order Process

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world ensuring we provide the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

Processing unit orders: Every order goes through internal order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All smaller quantity orders (less than 10 units) are for dispatch within 3-5 business days after the order is placed and paid.

Processing bulk orders: Every order goes through internal order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. For quantities up to 100+ sets, production may take up to 25+ days for production and shipping. For bulk orders, please email service@vidacasa.com for ongoing inventory details.

Shipping time: Local delivery takes 3-5 business days. 
International delivery takes about 8-12 business days via FedEX.
